The Board of Simetrica-Jacobs is delighted to announce the appointment of Mary-Kathryn Adams as the company's new Chief Executive Officer, as well as the appointment of Edward Dallas as Chief Economist. MK and Ed are both established members of the Simetrica-Jacobs team and are thrilled to be working in collaboration with key partners, driving forward projects with existing clients, and expanding our portfolio of work with new clients and in new markets.

Simetrica-Jacobs has established a clear track record for delivering the highest quality impact measurement services and social value consultancy, alongside a broader profile of monitoring, evaluation and innovative research. With a commitment to rigour and clarity, Simetrica-Jacobs has developed and deployed the most robust methods across a wide range of sectors and markets. Both independently and in partnership with Jacobs, Simetrica-Jacobs leverages strategic insights, combined with industry expertise, to deliver work that drives decision-making and investment.

Over the last several years, Daniel Fujiwara has provided clear vision and leadership for the company to build its reputation as global leaders in social value. We are pleased that Daniel will remain with Simetrica-Jacobs as Scientific Director, providing advice and guidance across projects and dedicating more time to research and business development activity.

This strategic decision marks a milestone in Simetrica-Jacobs' journey as the business continues to strengthen its established position in impact measurement. As thought leaders and innovators operating at the cutting edge of impact measurement, Simetrica-Jacobs is committed to engineering new solutions to understand how good is generated for society. MK and Ed will drive forward the company's vision to ensure people are at the centre of decision-making – accelerating our work with businesses to build capacity, inform investment, shape delivery, and capture evidence to understand the impact on individuals and communities.
