Agnieszka (Agnes) leads research and analytical work that helps clients understand their impact on society and measure it over time. She supports organisations in developing robust evidence to demonstrate value, inform decision-making and strengthen future business cases. As a Senior Economist, she also acts as project manager for work aligned with her areas of expertise, overseeing delivery and helping to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Agnes has experience applying cost-benefit analysis to assess the value for money delivered by past initiatives and to support investment cases for future projects. She also develops social value frameworks and practical tools that enable organisations to capture social impact evidence in a clear and intuitive way, underpinned by robust monetised values. Her work includes designing innovative approaches to measuring and valuing social impact.
