Donovan leads S-J’s business intelligence and improvement initiatives, delivering business solutions that translate the strategy of the company into operational reality.
Having been part of senior commercial teams across numerous industries for many years, Donovan has managed projects as diverse as strategy development and implementations, ERP and cloud computing rollouts, business improvement initiatives, and market research. He has extensive experience in business development and stakeholder management across the globe.
Donovan has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, and an MBA from the University of Witwatersrand.
