Naike helps public- and private-sector clients understand their wider impact through social value measurement. She specialises in survey design, wellbeing valuation, stated preference methods and cost-benefit analysis, applying rigorous quantitative techniques to turn complex economic evidence into practical insights for policy and decision-making. As a Senior Economist, she also act as project managers for work aligned with her areas of expertise, overseeing delivery and helping to ensure high-quality outcomes.
She has more than five years’ experience conducting economic and econometric analysis to measure non-market outcomes and help organisations understand and maximise their broader social value. Her work spans charities, housing, transport and flood risk management, including projects connected with the Affordable Homes Programme, long-term flood and coastal risk management investment scenarios and the UK Social Value Bank.
Naike holds a PhD in Economics and an MSc in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London, as well as a BCom Honours in Economics and a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. Her doctoral research focused on public economics and policy evaluation.
