Eleni Mataragka conducts economic and econometric analysis to support project delivery. Her work focuses on social value research, non-market valuation and the analysis, modelling and interpretation of data to help clients understand the wider impacts of their activities. As a Senior Economist, she also act as project managers for work aligned with her areas of expertise, overseeing delivery and helping to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Eleni has contributed to projects across housing, the environment and transport. Her work has included monetising the costs and benefits associated with PRS Housing Quality Pathfinder projects, assessing the social value of the Sankey Brook Flood Risk Management Scheme, and supporting analysis of the potential wellbeing impacts of the Transpennine Route Upgrade. She has also worked with clients including Sellafield Ltd, Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, Belfast City Council, East West Rail Company, the Home Office and Alliance Social Enterprise.
Eleni holds an MSc in Environmental Economics from the University of Manchester and a BSc in Economics from the University of Patras.
